01 / the brief

Exotics, treated as assets

Studio Motors is a brokerage, not a dealership. One broker sources the car, structures the lease through specialty lenders, plans the exit before the purchase, and when a client sells, funds them within 24 hours. Every deal stays private. That is how the client describes its own business, and it is a long way from a forecourt with a price on the windscreen.

The brand had to carry all of that. A buyer arriving from a Ferrari search needed to see, in one screen, that this firm handles the whole transaction and that the first step is a conversation, not a browse. So the work ran from strategy through identity to the website, and the website is where every part of it lands.

We wrote the positioning, built the identity system around the S monogram the client already owned, and designed and built the site: a section for each of the nine marques, a page for every model they will broker, lease or source, and three ways in, each a short form instead of an inventory grid.

    The mark they already had

The S monogram was theirs. We built the system around it: chrome lettering on black, so the wordmark reads like a badge on a bonnet, and a mono label face for the facts, so every page reads like a spec sheet.

  2. 02

    One red, at full strength

Black and white run every page. Red comes in at full strength where it counts: on the buttons that start a deal, like Application and Request a Valuation, and on the bands that carry the big lines, like Ettore Bugatti’s on the homepage.

  3. 03

Three ways in, one question at a time

Buy, sell and lease each open with a short form. Name first, then what you like, then how soon. A seller is asked for the year, the marque, the miles, the VIN and a few photos. No inventory grid, no price on the windscreen: the conversation starts before the car appears.

“Nothing is too beautiful, nothing is too expensive.”
